Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To avoid that, return the item within the 30 days period.

In order for the item to be qualified to exchange or return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as it was delivered, and returned in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns for used products, damaged products, item with missing parts or even products that do not have their original packaging.

Please note that there are certain items that are non-returnable. For example: products marked as “non-returnable” at the time of sale or on the packaging, custom made items, personalized products, and any items that cannot be resold.

In order to initiate a return, you will need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive and verify the proof of purchase, refund or exchange (if applicable) will be initiated.

If the product is damaged upon deliver or was delivered defective, please notify us immediately so we can assist you accordingly.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and you will receive an email confirming that your returned item has arrived. We will also inform you whether your refund or exchange has been approved or declined on the condition of the item.

If your refund or exchange is approved, we will initiate your refund right away. The credited amount will be reflected on your account within a few business days, depending on your payment provider.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend checking your bank account again first. Sometimes refunds take a little longer to reflect.

Next, contact your credit card provider, as it may take additional time before the refund is officially posted. You may also want to check with your bank, since processing times can vary depending on their policies.

Sale items

Sale or discounted items can not be refunded, Only items with regular price are eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

Items that are defective or damaged before being delivered are eligible for a replacement. For a replacement of a product, please email us at info@addaxlighting.in

Shipping returns

In order to return a product, you have to ship it to the following address:
Plot No. 206, Sec-50, Phase A, DHDHF Industrial Area, Kunari-130046, Dwarka, Delhi.

Shipping charges are extra which means that shipping charges are non-refundable, as if a refund is issued then the shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

For more expensive products, we recommend using a trackable shipping service as Addax Lighting cannot guarantee a receipt of returned items without tracking.
